Becoming a Scentsy Consultant can fit around a lot of different lives, whether you’re looking for a little extra income or something flexible to build around family or work. But that doesn’t mean it’s automatically right for everyone.

Some people join because they want a little extra income. Some want a flexible business they can build around family or work. Some simply love the products and want to share them with people they know.

You do not need to be loud, pushy or good at traditional parties. I never built my business that way.

What does matter is being willing to talk to people, learn the products, follow up, share consistently and give people good customer service.

And I’m not going to promise you quick money, instant rank or some magical work-from-your-phone lifestyle. Scentsy is a real business, and like any business, what you get out of it depends on the time, effort and consistency you put in.

If you want something flexible, people-focused and built around relationships, then it may be worth looking at properly.

There are different ways to become a Scentsy Consultant in Australia, and the joining options, starter offers and costs can change throughout the year.

Rather than list prices, kits or special offers here and risk giving you outdated information, I’ll always send you to my official Scentsy website to see exactly what is available right now.

What I can help with is everything around that decision.

Tell me why you’re thinking about joining, whether you want to build a business, earn some extra income or simply see where Scentsy takes you. I can talk you through the options and help you work out what makes sense for you.

And I’m not going to tell you to choose the biggest option just because it costs more.

What can you actually earn?

There isn’t one set amount you can earn as a Scentsy Consultant in Australia, so I’m not going to give you a magic income number or make promises I can’t back up.

What you earn with Scentsy depends on your sales, activity, time, effort and how you choose to build your business. Some people want a little extra income, some want to build something bigger, and some simply enjoy sharing products they already love.

I can tell you what has worked for me and help you understand how the business works, but I won’t promise you a particular income, rank or result.

If income is part of the reason you’re considering joining, I want you to look at Scentsy’s current Income Disclosure Statement and Compensation Plan before you decide. That gives you the official figures rather than somebody’s highlight reel on social media.

What you can expect from me as your sponsor

If you join Scentsy with me as your sponsor, I’m not going to hand you a link and disappear.

I’ll help you learn the products, understand the basics of your business and work out how you want to share Scentsy. If social media is your thing, I can help with that. If you prefer samples, referrals and talking to people you already know, we can work with that too.

I’ll answer questions, share what I’ve learnt over the years and help when you get stuck. I’ll celebrate the wins with you and I’ll also be honest when something needs work.

What I won’t do is expect you to copy me.

Your goals might be completely different from mine. You might want some extra spending money, something that gets you out of your comfort zone, or you might eventually decide you want to build a bigger business.

My job is to support the business you want to build, not turn you into another version of me.

And there’s one other thing you should know. Joining my team also connects you to a much bigger Scentsy family. Some of the people closest to me in Scentsy aren’t even on my own team. That wider community has been one of the best parts of the last seven years.

What I’ll expect from you

I’ll support you as your Scentsy sponsor, but I can’t build your business for you.

I’ll give you ideas, answer questions, help you learn and share the things that have worked for me. What you do with that support is up to you.

You don’t need to work your business the same number of hours as somebody else or have huge goals. But whatever your goal is, you’ll need to show up for it.

That means talking to people, following up, learning as you go and being willing to try things even when they feel a little outside your comfort zone.

You’ll have quiet months. Things you post will sometimes get absolutely no response. Not every sample will turn into an order and not everybody you talk to will want Scentsy. That’s normal.

I don’t expect perfection. I do expect you to take ownership of your own business.

And if something isn’t working, come and talk to me. We can look at it together and work out what to try next.
